Has our society already reached the sinful state of Sodom and Gomorrah? The ungodly in our nation are attempting to get federal laws passed that would legalize immorality.
These include:
- GAY BILL OF SPECIAL RIGHTS which will create a super-class of sexual deviants, establish mandatory quotas of homosexuals employees for businesses, churches and even daycare centers, and make it impossible for anyone to ever fire a homosexual employee.
- HOMOSEXUAL CLASSROOMS ACT which will force every school to introduce homosexual curriculum designed to indoctrinate young, impressionable minds into sexual and social deviancy.
- OFFENSE OF MARRIAGE ACT which will repeal the Defense of Marriage Act and force every state in the Union to embrace homosexual “marriages” even states which have already voted to defend the sanctity of marriage as one man and one woman.
The Roe versus Wade decision by the Supreme Court in 1973 that legalized abortions has resulted in the murder of millions of unborn infants. It is now estimated that there have been well over 50 million unborn infants murdered.
You and I must abstain from the very appearance of evil. Not only that, but we must keep our self from becoming spotted of the sinful world.
- I Thess. 5:22, “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”
- James 1:27, “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.”
- I John 2:15-17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.”
